The claim is an opt-out collective action, meaning eligible sellers are automatically included unless they opt out. Innsworth Capital Limited is funding the lawsuit, covering all costs in exchange for a share of any awarded compensation. Amazon, denying the claims, asserts its success is tied to the success of its independent sellers. This lawsuit follows years of antitrust scrutiny in both the UK and the US.
